How is the service customized to my property?+
On your free call, Chase looks at your home, your market and your goals and recommends the tier that fits. The rates are the same ones listed on this page.
Can I still use my property personally?+
Yes. Block any dates you want, any time, as long as a guest hasn't already booked them. Blocks sync across every platform.
How quickly can my property go live?+
Most properties launch within 7 to 14 days from agreement signing, depending on photos and readiness.
What happens if a guest damages something?+
Every tier includes damage claim filing. We document the damage and file with Airbnb or Vrbo within their deadlines, then follow it through to resolution.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Management is month to month with 30 days' written notice. There's no setup fee at signing. If you end within your first 6 active months, you repay the Launch Package value we covered: $400 for Hybrid Hosting or $500 for Turnkey Partnership. Self-Managed Support has nothing to repay. The standalone Listing Launch Package has its own terms.
